Mobile technology has gained hyperbolic focus in educational circles as how to change learning that\'s not confined by time and place. because the edges of mobile learning ar being processed thus too can researchers have to be compelled to perceive the factors that influence its future use. The adoption of mobile technology can for the most part depend upon whether or not students believe that mobile technology fits their specific wants. but despite the interest within the potential of mobile learning, researchers have solely a restricted information of the factors that will influence student adoption. to deal with this gap within the literature, this study was undertaken to work out however ICT skills impact students\' adoption of mobile learning. The study posited that the perceived easy use and utility of mobile technology would mediate the connection between ICT skills and also the intention of scholars to adopt mobile learning. A survey of 446 students from 3 tertiary establishments found that students\' intention to adopt mobile learning was influenced by specific styles of ICT skills. especially, it had been found that advanced ability in mobile technology and basic ICT skills each contend vital roles within the intention to adopt mobile learning. No proof was found to support the assertion that advanced ICT skills influenced their adoption of mobile learning.
